Memorial Registry
Every niche, tablet and urn — registered once, findable by every family.
Keep the full register of your columbarium or memorial hall: who rests where, who applied, what was paid, and which services are due. Families find their record on your public site and can claim it for themselves.

What you're doing today
The paper register, the spreadsheet nobody quite trusts, the phone calls asking a question the record could have answered.
A register only your office can read
Handwritten forms in one binder, in a hand only the person who filled it in can decipher — and only while the office is open.
A ledger that drifts from the truth
Payments live in a separate spreadsheet, not linked to the registration itself, renamed and reordered by whoever last touched it.
Every enquiry becomes a phone call
A family who wants to know where their relative rests has no way to check for themselves — so the office fields the same question, over and over.

The screen follows the paper form's fields and order — and the CSV export follows the screen — so moving over is transcription, not retraining.
How it works
From your existing register to a record your team and your community can both rely on.
Bring the register over
Import from a CSV template that follows your existing paper form, or enter niches and tablets one at a time as they're allocated.
Staff record what comes in
Every application, payment and light-up service is logged straight onto the record it belongs to — not a second ledger to keep in sync.
Families find it themselves
Your public memorial site lets anyone search a name and open the page for that niche, tablet or urn.
A claim, checked before it counts
A family member asks to be linked to a record; a staff member reviews the request before the claim is accepted.
What it does
A closer look at the capabilities behind the register — grouped by what they're for.
The register
One record, every field in one place
Names in English and Chinese, dates, location, a photo and the current status — such as interred — all live on the one page.
Categories that match the ground
Floors, halls and blocks are modelled as categories, so "B2, East Wing, Row 3" means the same thing on the record and at the columbarium.
A payment ledger on every record
Amount, date and receipt number sit on the record they belong to, with no second spreadsheet to keep in step.
Services and light-up
Annual light-up recorded per niche
Each light-up service is logged against the record it was held for, so a family's service history is visible at a glance.
What's due, across the whole register
Look up service dates for one record or scan the whole register, so nothing due this Qingming or Zhongyuan goes unnoticed.
A photo on the record
For a family who wants to see the niche or the tablet before they visit in person.
Bringing the register over, and keeping it current
A CSV template that mirrors your paper form
Its columns follow the registration form your office already uses, so a bulk import is transcription, not retraining.
A full export, in page order
Every field, in the same order they appear on the record page, for your own backup or your committee's review.
Claims and edits, both logged
A correction made six months from now still shows who made it and when.
Its public site
A registry families can search
yourtemple.memorial.bizcare.myYour memorial site lets anyone look up a name, open the record and ask to claim it. Share a record on WhatsApp and it arrives with a proper preview.
- Search by name
- A page for every record
- Claim a record, verified by staff
- Link previews on WhatsApp
Your own memorial site, your own domain
yourtemple.memorial.bizcare.my works the moment Memorial is switched on. Already have a domain — niches.yourtemple.org.my, or anything you own? Point it here and we handle the certificate.
- No hosting, patching or renewal on your side
- WhatsApp link previews work the same on either address
Connects with
- DonorCARE — A light-up campaign can raise its donations through DonorCARE, which flows back onto the memorial record.
- BizCARE Books — Payments on each record's ledger are set to post into BizCARE Books as income, ready for the annual accounts — on our roadmap.
Ready today
Bring your own
Behind the scenes for your team
The day-to-day workflows a register alone doesn't cover.
Approving a claim
A family's claim request sits in a queue; staff confirm the identity details against the record before it's approved and linked.
Assigning follow-up
A niche awaiting payment, or a service due this month, becomes a task assigned to whoever on staff is responsible for it.
Working from a phone at the columbarium
Staff can look up a record, log a payment or check a light-up date from a phone browser on site — not only from a desktop back at the office.
Reports and getting your data out
What a committee meeting or an accountant asks for, without a spreadsheet in between.
One CSV for the whole register
Export every field on every record, in the order they appear on the page, for your accountant or your committee.
A payment ledger export of its own
Payments export separately, ready to reconcile against your accounts.
List totals without a spreadsheet
Count niches by status, or total payments received this year, at the foot of the list itself.
Built to be trusted with the records that matter
The same protections that run under every module in BizCARE CRM, applied here.
PDPA consent on record
Consent is captured at the moment someone applies or registers, and the answer stays on that record — a family's payment history is shown only where a staff member's role allows it.
Roles & field permissions
Roles decide which modules and records a person reaches; field permissions go further — who sees a family's payment history and who does not is a setting your organisation controls.
Audit trail
Who changed what, and when, is kept on the record itself, ready for a committee meeting or an audit to review.
English & Chinese
Staff switch the interface language at any time, and most public pages read in both; Chinese names are kept exactly as entered, with no romanisation.
Who it's for
Temples with a columbarium
Niches and urns across floors and halls, each with a location families can be pointed to.
Memorial halls
Ancestral tablets and their applicants, kept together with the payments that came with them.
Ancestral halls
Ancestral tablets recorded once, then found by descendants who were never told where to look.
Questions about this module
More module-specific answers sit in the full FAQ below.
Can we bring across a register we already keep in Excel?
Yes. Start from the CSV template, which follows the same fields as the paper registration form, and import the whole register in one go.
What happens if a family claims the wrong record?
Nothing changes until staff approve it. A claim is a request to be linked to a record, checked by a person before it counts.
Do families need an account to search?
No. Anyone can search and open a record on the public memorial site. Only claiming a record asks for more.
Can we track niches across more than one hall or floor?
Yes. Categories model your floors, halls and blocks, so a niche's location reads the same way on the record as it does on the ground.
Does it collect the payment for us?
No — the ledger records a payment you've already taken, by whatever method you take it today. There is no online payment collection.
