Co-Cultivation
Group practice your devotees join from anywhere — and see add up together.
Devotees chant, count and copy sutras from their phones; every session adds to the temple's shared tally and lights the altar display. Staff set up the practices, campaigns and boards; devotees just take part.

What you're doing today
The paper register, the spreadsheet nobody quite trusts, the phone calls asking a question the record could have answered.
Practice that only counts inside the hall
A devotee who chants at home has no way to add their count to the temple's shared tally.
A tally kept in a notebook
Reps written down by hand, added up by someone with a calculator once a campaign ends.
Effort that never becomes a shared number
Individual practice never turns into a total the whole community can see rise together.

Tallies that used to live in a notebook now add up for the whole sangha as they come in.
How it works
From your existing register to a record your team and your community can both rely on.
Set up your practices
Staff add the liturgies and sutras devotees will read, chant or copy, once, in simplified or traditional characters.
Devotees log from their phone
A chant, a set of beads, or a page of sutra copying is recorded in a moment — no notebook required.
The count adds up in public
Every session lifts the shared tally and lights the altar display everyone in the hall can see.
Campaigns and boards run themselves
A blessing campaign gathers a count toward one dedication; diligence boards track it by lunar half-month.
What it does
A closer look at the capabilities behind the register — grouped by what they're for.
A reader built for practice
Vertical or horizontal reading
Liturgies and sutras are set in vertical or horizontal text, chosen once per text.
Simplified/traditional conversion
One sutra text serves devotees who read simplified or traditional characters, with no second copy to maintain.
Reference audio, adjustable
Speed and pitch can be adjusted, for chanting along rather than reading cold.
Practice that counts itself
Freehand sutra copying
A devotee traces each character with a finger, and strokes are checked before the page counts.
Guests can copy too
A visitor can chant or copy without creating an account first — a sign-in is only needed to keep a personal history.
Prayer-bead milestones, four tiers
From 108 up to 10,800, tracked automatically as reps come in.
Community and campaigns
Blessing campaigns
Gather the whole community's count behind one shared dedication, with a live running total.
A moderated message wall
Devotees leave dedications — publish-on-submit, or a staff review first, whichever your temple prefers.
Diligence boards
Ranked by lunar half-month, with a devotee's name shown only if they choose to stay listed.
Its public site
A practice app for devotees
yourtemple.gongxiu.bizcare.myDevotees read, chant, copy and join blessings on their phones. Sign-in is by SMS code or email link — no password to remember — and only needed to keep a personal history.

- No hosting or SSL renewal on your side

Behind the scenes for your team
The day-to-day workflows a register alone doesn't cover.
Moderating the wall
Every dedication can publish immediately or wait for staff review, so a temple relying on volunteer moderators can choose either.
Running a campaign
Set a start and end date and a shared dedication, then watch the count rise in real time on the altar display and the devotee app alike.
Curating the devotee homepage
Hero slides, sutras and dedication presets are all managed from the back office, without a developer.
Reports and getting your data out
What a committee meeting or an accountant asks for, without a spreadsheet in between.
An engagement dashboard
See devotees active, pages copied and sessions logged, without exporting anything.
A frozen standing per board period
Each lunar half-month's diligence board is captured once it closes, so a ranking doesn't quietly change after the fact.
Per-devotee history
A devotee's own practice history is theirs to see; opting out of a board removes their name from every future one.
Built to be trusted with the records that matter
The same protections that run under every module in BizCARE CRM, applied here.
PDPA consent on record
Consent is captured at the moment someone applies or registers, and the answer stays on that record — a devotee's practice history is shown only where a staff member's role allows it.
Roles & field permissions
Roles decide which modules and records a person reaches; field permissions go further — who sees a devotee's practice history and who does not is a setting your organisation controls.
Audit trail
Who changed what, and when, is kept on the record itself, ready for a committee meeting or an audit to review.
English & Chinese
Staff switch the interface language at any time, and most public pages read in both; Chinese names are kept exactly as entered, with no romanisation.
Who it's for
Temples with chanting groups
Group practice that no longer depends on everyone being in the hall at the same time.
Dharma centres
Practices, liturgies and sutras set up once, followed by every devotee.
Festivals and blessings
A blessing campaign with a shared count and a wall of dedications.
Questions about this module
More module-specific answers sit in the full FAQ below.
Do devotees need to install anything?
No. The practice app runs in a phone's browser, and signing in — by SMS code or an email link — is only needed to keep a personal history.
Can a visitor try it without signing up?
Yes. Guests can read, chant and copy sutras; a sign-in is only needed to keep the session as part of a personal record.
What if a devotee doesn't want to appear on a board?
They can opt out at any time, which removes their name from every board — past standings included — going forward.
Does the altar display need special hardware?
No — it runs as a web page, so any screen with a browser, from a tablet to a TV with a streaming stick, can show it.
Can we run more than one blessing campaign at once?
Yes. Each campaign keeps its own count and its own message wall, so a Mid-Autumn blessing and an ongoing daily tally don't mix.
