A CRM that already knows your kind of organisation.
Everything you expect from a CRM — contacts, custom fields, your own record types, workflows, roles and an API. Then switch on ready-made modules for the registers your organisation actually keeps: members, alumni, donors, memorial tablets, genealogy, WhatsApp outreach.
The records your community trusts, kept properly.
Used by
…and any organisation with members, donors or a register to keep — the CRM adapts to the rest.
A complete CRM first. Modules second.
Contacts, companies, custom fields, your own record types, workflows, roles and an API — the general-purpose CRM every organisation needs, whether or not a single vertical module is switched on.
Contacts, companies & relationships
One shared contact list behind every module, with the organisations, families and roles that connect them — so a name is entered once.
Custom fields & objects
Add the fields your organisation actually uses, or define a new kind of record altogether — no developer needed.
Pipelines, tasks & boards
Move records through stages you name, and run the work beside them on a kanban board with assignees, labels and due dates.
Saved views & page layouts
Filter, sort and save the list your team works from, and arrange the record page so the fields that matter come first.
Notes, tags & attachments
Keep the conversation, the label and the scanned document on the record they belong to.
Workflows
When a record changes, send a WhatsApp, call a webhook, or drop a note in a colleague's inbox.
Roles & field permissions
Decide who sees and edits what, down to a single field — the treasurer sees amounts, a volunteer does not.
REST & GraphQL API
Reach your records from other systems with an API key — rate-limited and scoped to your organisation.
Signed webhooks
Changes are pushed out with an HMAC signature and retried if the other side is down.
List totals & rollups
Count, sum, average, highest, lowest or percent filled at the foot of any list — without exporting it first.
Your branding, not ours
Your organisation's logo leads the admin shell and every public site, in both light and dark.
Activity log
Who changed what, and when, kept on the record itself.
No module matches what you keep? Define your own object — alumni cohorts, equipment, scholarships, event bookings, anything — with its own fields, list views, permissions and API. The modules are a head start, not a limit.
What each module keeps
Turn on only the modules you need. They share one contact list, one set of roles and one activity log, so nothing is typed twice.
Memorial Registry
Every niche, tablet and urn — registered once, findable by every family.
- Register niches, tablets and urns with English and Chinese names, dates and location
- Keep a payment ledger on each record
- Families search, find and claim a record on your public site
- Import and export the whole register as one CSV
Merit Registry
Your building fund's donor wall, online — every name findable, every tile zoomable.
- Turn a donor list into a zoomable wall of named tiles
- Search a name and go straight to that donor's tile
- Import donors from CSV, matched to your existing contacts
- Publish each project on its own public site
Co-Cultivation
Group practice your devotees join from anywhere — and see add up together.
- Devotees record chanting and sutra copying from their phones
- A glowing altar display lights up as the shared count grows
- Blessing campaigns with a moderated message wall
- Boards that encourage diligence, which devotees can opt out of
Membership
Your member roll, your association's website and its join form — kept as one.
- A member roll with families, dues status and committee terms
- A five-step online application with PDPA consent
- The association's own website: notices, welfare, awards, hall rental
- A members-only portal for profile, family and committee
Lineage
Your clan genealogy, kept as a living register — sourced, searchable and open to descendants.
- Generations, branches and descent from the founding ancestor
- Every entry cited back to its genealogy book or source
- Eligibility rules that decide who counts as a clansman — reproducibly
- A public genealogy site where descendants search and claim their place
Outreach
Reach members where they already read — on WhatsApp, paced and properly consented.
- WhatsApp campaigns from approved message templates
- Schedule once or on a recurring cycle, then retarget
- Reply to members from a shared two-way inbox
- Keyword automations and link-click analytics
From the paper ledger to the public wall
Most CRMs stop at the back office. Five of our modules also publish a site on its own address — where families, devotees and members search, claim and take part without a staff login. Your staff edit the record; the public site shows it.
yourtemple.memorial.bizcare.my
Your memorial site lets anyone look up a name, open the record and ask to claim it. Share a record on WhatsApp and it arrives with a proper preview.
yourtemple.merit.bizcare.my
Each project lives on its own site. Visitors browse the wall, zoom in, search for a name and open that donor's page.
yourtemple.gongxiu.bizcare.my
Devotees read, chant, copy and join blessings on their phones. Sign-in is by SMS code or email link — no password to remember — and only needed to keep a personal history.
yourassociation.membership.bizcare.my
The public reads your notices and welfare pages and applies to join. Members sign in to see their profile, family and committee — and can choose to stay out of the member search.
yourclan.zupu.bizcare.my
Descendants search by name, follow a person's ancestors and submit a claim to their place, verified by email. Living people never appear.
The Hungry Ghost Festival puja is on 5 Aug, 8pm. Light-up registration closes 1 Aug.
Outreach has no public site of its own — it reaches people on WhatsApp, where they already read.
A website for every module, on your domain
Five of the six modules above publish a public site the moment you switch them on — at a BizCARE address with nothing to host, patch or renew. Already have a domain? Point it at the same site and we handle the certificate.
- Ready on day one — every public site works at its own bizcare.my address the moment its module is switched on, no setup on your side
- Bring your own domain — point a domain you already own at the same site and we provision the SSL certificate, with no separate host or renewal to remember
- Bilingual and mobile-ready — every public site reads in English and Chinese and is built for a phone first
- Shareable everywhere — links carry a proper preview on WhatsApp either way, and search engines can find a record or a member page by name
Publishes its own public site: Memorial Registry, Merit Registry, Cocultivation, Membership, Lineage

Bring your own
Starting points, not boundaries
Four sets of modules we have already fitted to a kind of organisation. Yours works differently? Start from the CRM core and shape it — that is what the custom fields and objects are for.
Temples & memorial halls
Tablets and niches families can find, a merit wall for the building fund, group practice for your devotees, and reminders that go out on WhatsApp.
Clan & hometown associations
The member roll, the clan genealogy and the association's own website — finally kept as one, with an online join form and a members-only portal.
School & university alumni
The alumni roll with graduating year, class and school as your own fields; an online registration form; a members-only directory; and a donor wall for the building or scholarship fund. Reunion and AGM notices go out on WhatsApp.
Foundations & charities
Sponsors and grants, purchase orders and budgets, and aid cases from first contact to disbursement — with a trail an auditor can follow.
Made for how Malaysian organisations work
Not a CRM built elsewhere and translated. These are the details a Malaysian association, temple or alumni body trips on — each one handled in the record itself, not in a workaround your secretary has to remember.

Every field above is stored as it was entered. Nothing is romanised, rounded or re-dated on the way in.
English & Chinese
Every staff member picks their own language and switches at any time. Chinese names are kept exactly as written — no romanisation, no second spelling to reconcile later.
WhatsApp first
Campaigns, replies and link previews built for the app your members already read. Notices go out from your organisation's own WhatsApp Business number, not a shared one.
Simplified ⇄ Traditional where it matters
A family searching in simplified characters finds the tablet entered in traditional, and a sutra opens in either script without keeping two copies of the text.
PDPA consent on record
The online join form captures consent at the moment of joining, and the answer stays on the application it came from — not in a drawer.
RM, local dates, local phones
RM 1,234.56 · 5 Jul 2026 · numbers normalised to +60 so one member is not three contacts, all on Kuala Lumpur time.
One sign-in
Staff use one JomCARE account across the CARE family of apps. Devotees and members sign in with an SMS code or an email link — no password to forget.
IC or passport, as given
A member applies with an IC or a passport number, and it is kept on the application as entered — old-format ICs and foreign passports included.
Lunar dates beside solar
A birth or death date can carry its lunar-calendar reading alongside the calendar one, so the date the family observes is on the record, not a conversion of it.
The records a society is asked for
The committee roll with positions and terms, and the minutes of each meeting — kept as records with dates and attendance, not as files in someone's inbox.
Also included
Back-office modules for the work behind the work. Lighter than the six above today — no public site of their own — but built on the same contacts, roles, permissions and activity log, so what they record is part of the same history.
Partnership
Sponsors, grants, CSR and in-kind support, tracked from the first approach to completion with every contribution on file.
- A partner record holding the company, the people you actually deal with, and the stage the relationship has reached.
- Contributions logged as cash, in-kind or services, each against the partner who gave them.
- Renewal and follow-up dates on the record, so a lapsing sponsor shows up before the event, not after it.
Where it's heading
Sponsorship tiers that carry the benefits each one owes, acknowledgement letters and certificates generated from the record, and a page a sponsor can be sent showing exactly what their support paid for.
Procurement
Purchase orders with line items and an approval status, drawn against budgets shared across modules.
- Requests become orders with line items, quantities and unit prices — no spreadsheet in between.
- Each order carries an approval status, so who cleared what sits on the order itself.
- Spending draws down a budget the other modules can see, so a project's remaining balance is one number, not a reconciliation.
Where it's heading
Quotations compared side by side before an order is raised, goods-received and invoice matching so nothing is paid twice, and an approval chain that follows the limits in your own constitution — the treasurer up to a threshold, the committee above it.
Beneficiary
Aid cases with priority and needs, case notes and a disbursement history for each person you help.
- A case per household, carrying the need, the priority and the person handling it.
- Case notes on the record — visits, calls and committee decisions in one thread instead of one WhatsApp group.
- A disbursement history showing what was given, when, and by whom.
Where it's heading
Eligibility checked against the rules your committee already applies, recurring aid on a schedule rather than a reminder, and a yearly statement per household that an auditor and your annual report can both use.
Works with the CARE Business Apps family
BizCARE CRM is one product in the CARE Business Apps family. Staff sign in once, and a record kept here is ready to reach the others — no second account, no retyping.
One sign-in
Staff sign in once through JomCARE and move between the CARE apps they have access to from the same account — no second password to keep.
Data flows without retyping
A FormCARE submission — a membership application, for instance — arrives in BizCARE CRM as a record ready for your committee to approve, not a form to re-enter by hand.
One app switcher
Move to another CARE product you have access to from the sidebar, without a separate login screen.
JomCARE
LiveThe shared sign-in behind every CARE app — one account, one password, and the organisations and roles that go with it.
accounts.jom.careBizCARE Books
LiveAccounting and LHDN e-invoicing through MyInvois. Dues, gifts and ledger payments recorded in the CRM are set to post into it as receipt-ready entries.
bizcare.myDonorCARE
LiveDonors, campaigns and online giving — a Memorial Registry light-up campaign can raise its donations through DonorCARE today.
donorcare.myFormCARE
LiveForms and surveys — a membership application submitted here arrives in BizCARE CRM as a record to approve.
formcare.myJomCARE Messaging
LiveThe family's shared WhatsApp and email sending service — Outreach can send through it when you would rather not manage a WhatsApp Business account yourself.
Biro
LiveCompany-secretarial compliance for the company behind a foundation or association — with committee appointments recorded here planned to reach its register of officers.
biro.myTicketCARE
Coming soonTickets and seating for dinners, concerts and fundraising nights — every buyer planned to land in the CRM's contact list, not a separate spreadsheet.
ticketcare.mymyRIBI
Coming soonAn app for NPOs and RIBI members, planned to share its member roll with the Membership module.
CARE Enterprise
EnterpriseFor organisations running several branches, related entities or more than one CARE app — the whole family under one agreement, priced monthly to your setup.
- Every CARE app you use, under one agreement
- Branches and related entities on one sign-in
- Guided onboarding and archive migration
- Priority support, and integrations planned with you
One sign-in is live for every organisation today. The links between apps described above are at different stages — some live, the rest on our roadmap — and the app switcher only ever shows what you can already reach.
Questions we're asked
Everything we get asked before an organisation signs up. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
Still have questions?
Tell us how your organisation keeps its records today — we'll answer on WhatsApp directly, no forms and no waiting for a callback.
WhatsApp usWhat is BizCARE CRM?
BizCARE CRM is a customer relationship management system built in Malaysia for membership and non-profit organisations — associations, alumni bodies, temples, foundations and charities. It gives you the CRM core every organisation needs (contacts, companies, custom fields, your own record types, pipelines, tasks, saved views, roles, workflows and an API) and adds ready-made modules for the registers these organisations actually keep: members and dues, donors and a merit wall, memorial tablets and niches, clan genealogy, group practice, and WhatsApp outreach. The interface is in English and Chinese, and five of the modules publish a public site on their own address.
We're not a temple, a clan association or a charity. Is this for us?
Yes. BizCARE CRM is a general-purpose CRM — contacts, companies, custom fields, your own record types, pipelines, tasks, saved views, roles and an API — and it works with none of the vertical modules switched on. The modules are pre-built registers for work we see often; they are a head start, not a requirement. Alumni associations, sports clubs, professional bodies, schools, trusts, welfare societies and chambers of commerce all run on the same core.
How is it different from a general-purpose CRM?
A general-purpose CRM models a sales pipeline and leaves the rest to you: a temple's tablet register, an association's member roll and dues, a clan genealogy or a donor wall all become custom objects you have to design, build and maintain yourself. BizCARE CRM ships those registers already built — with the intake forms, the public sites and the lists that go with them — on top of a CRM core that still does contacts, custom fields, pipelines, roles, workflows and an API. You are not choosing between a real CRM and a vertical tool.
Can it run a school or university alumni association?
Yes. Membership holds the alumni roll — add graduating year, class, campus and course as your own fields — with an online registration form, dues status, committee terms and a members-only directory. The Merit Registry publishes a donor wall for a building or scholarship fund, and Outreach sends reunion and AGM notices on WhatsApp.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Modules are switched on per organisation. Most start with one — usually the register they keep on paper today — and add others when they are ready. An organisation running only the CRM core is a normal setup.
What if we keep a kind of record no module covers?
Define it yourself. A custom object is a new kind of record with its own fields, list views, permissions, activity log and API endpoints — scholarships, equipment loans, event bookings, cemetery plots, whatever you keep. No developer and no change to the product is needed.
Can members join or renew online?
Members join online. The association site carries a join form that walks an applicant through their details, their consent and the plan they are applying for, and the submission arrives as an application for your committee to approve or reject — nothing is retyped. Dues are then recorded per member and per period, with paid, outstanding and waived status. The payment itself is still taken the way you take it now; the system does not collect money online.
Our records are on paper and in Excel. Can we move them over?
Memorial records import from a CSV template whose columns follow the paper registration form, and merit donors import from CSV with matching against your existing contacts. For the other modules, talk to us about your records and we will plan the move with you.
Can we get our data out again?
Yes. Memorial records and merit donors export to CSV, and every module is readable through the REST and GraphQL APIs with an API key scoped to your organisation. Signed webhooks push changes out as they happen, so another system can hold a copy. The records are yours and nothing here is built to make leaving difficult.
Is the system in Chinese?
Each staff member switches the interface between English and Chinese — menus and pages, with some screens still in English while translation finishes. Public sites for devotees and members are Chinese-first, and names are stored exactly as you enter them.
Can the public site use our own name?
Each public site gets its own address under bizcare.my — for example yourtemple.memorial.bizcare.my — working from the moment the module is switched on, nothing to set up. Already have a domain? Point it at your site and we handle the SSL certificate; your organisation's name and logo lead either way, and BizCARE stays in a quiet footer.
Do we need our own WhatsApp Business account?
Not necessarily. Outreach can connect your organisation's own WhatsApp Business account, so notices go out from your number and replies come back to you rather than to us — or it can send through JomCARE Messaging if you would rather not manage an account directly. Sending is paced so a notice to the whole roll goes out steadily instead of in one burst, and each message is logged against the member it went to.
Can we hide donation amounts from volunteers?
Yes. Roles decide which modules and records a person reaches, and field permissions go further — the treasurer sees the amount on a donation while a volunteer entering names does not. Who changed what, and when, is kept on the record itself.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The public sites — the memorial wall, the merit wall, the association site and the member portal — are built for a phone first, because that is where families and members open them. Staff can work from a phone browser too, and there is nothing to install from an app store.
Where is our data kept?
In a managed PostgreSQL database in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), served through Cloudflare. Each organisation's records are kept separate, and changes to records are kept in an activity log.
How is personal data handled under the PDPA?
With the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind. The online join form records consent at the moment of joining, roles and field permissions limit who sees what, living people are kept off the public genealogy, and members can opt out of the member search. Your organisation remains the data user under the Act; our Privacy Policy sets out how we process personal data on your behalf.
Does it take donations online?
Not inside BizCARE CRM. The merit wall and the association site acknowledge donors you record, and payments are taken the way you take them now. Organisations that want online giving use DonorCARE, the family's donation app — a Memorial Registry light-up campaign can already raise its donations there.
Does it issue receipts or e-invoices?
Accounting and e-invoicing belong to BizCARE Books, the family's accounting app, which issues e-invoices through LHDN's MyInvois system. BizCARE CRM records the payments on members, tablets and donors; posting them into BizCARE Books as receipt-ready entries is on our roadmap. Donation receipts raised in DonorCARE are already filed to LHDN as e-invoices.
Can it connect to our other systems?
Yes — through the REST and GraphQL APIs and signed webhooks, and through workflows that call out when a record changes.
What support do we get?
Questions go to us on WhatsApp and are answered by the people who build the product. Guided onboarding includes training for the staff who will keep each register, and Enterprise agreements add priority support.
How much does BizCARE CRM cost?
BizCARE CRM is a per-organisation subscription. There is no public price list: the price depends on which modules you switch on and the size of the registers they hold, so we quote after a conversation about the records you keep today. Activation and third-party costs are covered in the next two answers.
Is there a fee to activate a module?
Not if you set it up yourself. Switching a module on and entering or importing your own records is free. Most organisations, though, arrive with years of paper registers and spreadsheets, and prefer us to handle the move — mapping the old columns, resolving duplicates, importing the archive and training the staff who will keep it. For that guided onboarding we charge a modest one-time activation fee per module, stated in your quotation before any work begins.
Are there third-party costs on top of the subscription?
A few features rely on outside services that charge for their own use. The main one is WhatsApp: Meta charges per template message sent through Outreach, at rates Meta sets by message category and country. Others of a similar nature are the SMS sign-in codes sent to devotees and members, which carry a per-message carrier cost, and your own domain name, which you renew with your registrar (the SSL certificate is included). In most cases we pass these costs through at cost, without markup; where we do not, the quotation says so.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Yes. CARE Enterprise suits organisations with several branches or related entities, large registers, or more than one CARE app — a temple with branch temples, for example, or a foundation with a company arm and a welfare society. Enterprise pricing is monthly and discussed separately, because it depends on your organisation's setup: the entities and branches involved, the modules and CARE apps in use, the volume of records, the level of support and any integrations to be built.
Bring your paper ledger. We'll show you.
