Merit Registry
Your building fund's donor wall, online — every name findable, every tile zoomable.
A painted board only fits so many names. The Merit Registry turns your donor list into a zoomable wall of named tiles, published on its own site, where anyone can search a name and go straight to it.

What you're doing today
The paper register, the spreadsheet nobody quite trusts, the phone calls asking a question the record could have answered.
A painted board with no room left
Every plaque takes real estate; once the wall is full, the next donor's name has nowhere to go.
A donor list that lives in someone's inbox
Names and amounts sit in an email attachment, not in a system a colleague can search on their own.
No way for a donor to find their own name
Once painted on, a name is fixed there for good — there's no search, no zoom, no link to send them.

The names on the board become tiles on a wall with no edge — and each one can be searched.
How it works
From your existing register to a record your team and your community can both rely on.
Import the donor list you already have
Bring your existing spreadsheet in as a CSV; names are matched against the contacts you already keep.
Set up the wall
Arrange categories and placement for the project — a bell tower fund, a new hall — and choose how the wall reads.
Publish the project
Each project gets its own site and its own address, ready to share on WhatsApp or print on a flyer.
Donors find themselves
Anyone searches a name, and the wall pans and zooms straight to that donor's tile.
What it does
A closer look at the capabilities behind the register — grouped by what they're for.
The wall
A wall with real depth
A zoomable tile-pyramid image pans smoothly from the whole project down to a single name, on a phone or a desktop.
Search that flies to the tile
Type a name, and the wall opens straight to that donor's page — no scrolling a painted board looking for it.
Categories with their own placement
A RM100,000 gift and a RM100 gift each sit where your committee decided they should.
Donors and projects
Run more than one project at once
A roof, a statue, a bell tower — each with its own wall, categories and public address.
A page for every donor
Reachable from their tile, or from a direct link you can send them.
Anonymous donors, handled properly
Recorded and shown exactly as your committee names an anonymous gift, in whichever language you write it.
Getting the list in and out
Donors from CSV, matched to contacts
Import your existing list; names are matched against contacts you already keep, so duplicates don't creep in.
Export the list back out
At any time, for your own records or your accountant.
One record per donor
Amount, category and placement sit in one place — not split across a spreadsheet and a photo of the board.
Its public site
A wall visitors can explore
yourtemple.merit.bizcare.myEach project lives on its own site. Visitors browse the wall, zoom in, search for a name and open that donor's page.
- Browse projects
- Zoom the wall
- Search a donor
- Open a donor page
Your own merit wall, your own domain
yourtemple.merit.bizcare.my is ready as soon as Merit is switched on. Already have a domain for the building fund — give.yourtemple.org.my? Point it here and the certificate is handled for you.
- The zoomable donor wall works the same on either address
- No separate host or renewal to remember
Connects with
- BizCARE Books — Gifts recorded on the wall are set to post into BizCARE Books as receipt-ready entries, with the e-invoice issued from there — on our roadmap.

Behind the scenes for your team
The day-to-day workflows a register alone doesn't cover.
Matching a new import
When a name in a new CSV nearly matches an existing contact, staff choose to merge it or keep it separate — nothing merges silently.
Placing a late donor
A donor who gives after the wall is arranged still gets a tile and a category, without redesigning the whole layout.
Running several campaigns
A hall-building fund and a statue fund stay on separate walls under one login, so staff and donors are never confused about which project a gift belongs to.
Reports and getting your data out
What a committee meeting or an accountant asks for, without a spreadsheet in between.
CSV export of every donor
The full list — name, category, amount, placement — exports as one file.
The wall through the API
Every donor is reachable through the REST and GraphQL APIs, if you want the wall to show up somewhere else too.
Totals per project
See how much a project has raised, and from how many donors, without adding up a spreadsheet.
Built to be trusted with the records that matter
The same protections that run under every module in BizCARE CRM, applied here.
PDPA consent on record
Consent is captured at the moment someone applies or registers, and the answer stays on that record — a donor's exact amount is shown only where a staff member's role allows it.
Roles & field permissions
Roles decide which modules and records a person reaches; field permissions go further — who sees a donor's exact amount and who does not is a setting your organisation controls.
Audit trail
Who changed what, and when, is kept on the record itself, ready for a committee meeting or an audit to review.
English & Chinese
Staff switch the interface language at any time, and most public pages read in both; Chinese names are kept exactly as entered, with no romanisation.
Who it's for
Temples building or restoring a hall
Honour every donor of the project, not only those who fit on the board.
Associations with a building fund
A permanent, searchable record of who gave to the new premises.
Any project with a merit board
Bell towers, statues, roofs — one project per wall, as many projects as you run.
Questions about this module
More module-specific answers sit in the full FAQ below.
Does the wall take donations online?
Not today. The wall acknowledges donors you've already recorded; the gift itself is still collected the way you collect it now.
Can we run more than one project?
Yes. Each project is its own wall with its own categories, placement and public address, and you can run as many as you have funds for.
What if two donors have the same name?
Each donor is its own record, matched to a contact only when staff confirm it — two donors sharing a name never get merged into one by accident.
Can a donor stay anonymous?
Yes. Record them however your committee names anonymous gifts, and the tile shows exactly that.
How big can the wall get?
The tile-pyramid image is built to pan and zoom smoothly whether the wall holds dozens of names or several thousand.
