Membership
Your member roll, your association's website and its join form — kept as one.
Membership holds the roll — members, families, dues status and committee terms — and publishes the association's own website from it: notices, welfare, awards, hall rental, and an application form that lands straight in the roll for approval.

What you're doing today
The paper register, the spreadsheet nobody quite trusts, the phone calls asking a question the record could have answered.
Three jobs, three places
The member roll in Excel, the committee minutes in a folder, and the association's website run by whoever last knew the password.
An application that gets retyped
A form filled in on paper arrives at the office, and someone copies it into a spreadsheet by hand.
No way for members to check their own standing
A member who wants to know if their dues are paid has to call the office or visit in person.

The form members filled in at the office becomes five short steps on a phone — and arrives in your roll ready to approve.
How it works
From your existing register to a record your team and your community can both rely on.
Bring the roll over
Members, families and dues history come in as one register, replacing the spreadsheet.
Publish your website from the same data
Notices, welfare updates, donation acknowledgements and hall rates are written once and shown on your public site.
Applicants apply online
A five-step form with PDPA consent lands as an application, ready for your committee to approve or reject.
Members manage their own profile
Approved members sign in to a portal to keep their details, family list and committee history current.
What it does
A closer look at the capabilities behind the register — grouped by what they're for.
The roll
Members, linked to their families
A household's membership status is one glance, not several separate lookups.
Dues, per member and per period
Paid, outstanding and waived status are shown plainly for the current period or any past one.
Committee terms across the years
Who held which position, and when, is a lookup — not a memory someone has to keep.
The association's own website
Six kinds of public page
Notices, member welfare, donation acknowledgements, youth activities, hall rental rates and award recipients — written in the CRM, published to your site.
Draft before you publish
A page can sit as a draft until your committee is happy with it, so nothing reaches the public half-finished.
Your name and logo lead
BizCARE sits quietly in the footer; the site reads as your association's own.
Joining and staying a member
A five-step online application
Personal details, PDPA consent and the membership plan applied for, walked through on a phone.
A members-only portal
An approved member updates their own profile and sees their family and committee history.
Opt out of the member search
A member can stay off the public member search while remaining fully on the roll for your staff.
Its public site
Your association's website
yourassociation.membership.bizcare.myThe public reads your notices and welfare pages and applies to join. Members sign in to see their profile, family and committee — and can choose to stay out of the member search.

Your association's own website, your own domain
yourassociation.membership.bizcare.my is ready the moment Membership is switched on — the join form, the website and the member portal all live there. Already have a domain — members.yourassociation.org.my? Point it here and we handle the SSL certificate.
- The whole site — join form, news, notices, member portal — moves with the domain
- No separate host, no certificate to renew
Connects with
- FormCARE — A membership application submitted through FormCARE arrives here as a record ready for your committee to approve — nobody retypes it.
- BizCARE Books — Dues recorded against each member are set to post into BizCARE Books as income by period — on our roadmap.
Ready today
Bring your own
Behind the scenes for your team
The day-to-day workflows a register alone doesn't cover.
Reviewing an application
A submitted application sits in a queue for the committee to approve or reject, with nothing added to the roll until it is.
Recording a committee term
A new term's office bearers and positions go on the record, alongside the minutes of the meetings they held.
Renting the hall
Hall rental rates are published on the site, and requests come back as records your staff can track.
Reports and getting your data out
What a committee meeting or an accountant asks for, without a spreadsheet in between.
Dues status at a glance
See who has paid, who is outstanding and who is waived, for the current period or any past one.
REST and GraphQL access
Read the roll, dues and committee records from another system with an API key scoped to your organisation.
An activity log on every record
Every edit to a member's profile or dues status is kept, for a committee that needs to know who changed what.
Built to be trusted with the records that matter
The same protections that run under every module in BizCARE CRM, applied here.
PDPA consent on record
Consent is captured at the moment someone applies or registers, and the answer stays on that record — a member's IC number and dues status is shown only where a staff member's role allows it.
Roles & field permissions
Roles decide which modules and records a person reaches; field permissions go further — who sees a member's IC number and dues status and who does not is a setting your organisation controls.
Audit trail
Who changed what, and when, is kept on the record itself, ready for a committee meeting or an audit to review.
English & Chinese
Staff switch the interface language at any time, and most public pages read in both; Chinese names are kept exactly as entered, with no romanisation.
Who it's for
Clan associations
Clan associations whose roll, committee and website were three separate jobs.
Hometown associations
Hometown associations welcoming the next generation of members online.
Guilds and societies
Any dues-based membership with a committee to elect and minutes to keep.
Questions about this module
More module-specific answers sit in the full FAQ below.
Can members renew online?
Dues are recorded per member and per period with a paid, outstanding or waived status; the payment itself is still collected the way you collect it today.
What happens to a rejected application?
It stays on record as rejected, with whatever note your committee added, rather than disappearing.
Can we publish notices without a member logging in?
Yes. Notices, welfare updates and hall rates are public pages; only the members-only portal needs a sign-in.
Do all six website pages need to be used?
No — publish only the pages your association actually keeps; a page type you don't use simply doesn't appear.
Can a member hide their profile from other members?
Yes. A member can opt out of the member search while remaining fully on the roll for your staff.
